executed by the members of the Board of Public Works Safety
prior to recordation and prior to the roads being opened for
use by the public.

DEDICATION OF PUBLIC RIGHT -OF -WAY
THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That SPRINGMILL ASSOCIATES, an
Indiana general partnership "Grantor for and in considera-
tion of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable con-
sideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
dedicates to the City of Carmel, Indiana (hereinafter
"Grantee for public right -of -way purposes only, the real
estate situated in Hamilton County, commonly known as (i)
Dorset Boulevard from 126th Street west to Springmill Road and
(ii) 126th Street from U.S. 31 northwesterly to Dorset
Boulevard, which real estate is more particularly described in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Grantor specifically reserves for itself and its succes-
sors, assignees and grantees the right of access to said dedi-
cated right -of -way. Grantee specifically accepts this Dedica-
tion subject to such reserved right of access.
This Dedication is made subject to all existing easements
and right -of -ways.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has executed this Dedication as
of the 17.. of September, 1988.

Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of said

minutes 34 seconds West (assumed bearing) 1194.00 feet to the Point of
Beginning; thence continuing along said West line North 00 degrees 25

ACCEPTANCE
WHEREAS, the foregoing Grantor has this day filed with the
City of Carmel, its dedication of certain real estate for the
purpose of establishing City rights -of -way, which Dedication is
hereinabove set forth:
AND WHEREAS, the City of Carmel, is of the opinion that
said Dedication is desirable and necessary:
NOW THEREFORE, said City of Carmel, by the. Carmel Board of
Public Works and Safety, under and by virtue of the power con-
ferred upon it by statutes of the State of Indiana, for and on
behalf of said City, accepts said Dedication for the purpose of
public rights -of -way, assumes responsiblity for the maintenance
of the streets subject to the bond provided by Grantor, and
orders that the Instrument of Dedication be recorded in the
Recorder's Office of the County of Hamilton, State of Indiana,
and said described real estate is hereby declared open and
dedicated.
