Hawkins addition to the Town of Carmel, Indiana. 2. The Mayor and Clerk Treasurer, on behalf of the City of Carmel, are hereby authorized to execute any documents necessary to carry out the intent of this resolution. 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and upon its adoption. 4. The petitioner waives all right, title and interest to any reversionary rights from adjoining, abutting or adjacent property which could be acquired from the vacated parcel.
