ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF DEDICATION AND ACCEPTANCE
WHEREAS, TECHNOLOGY CENTER ASSOCIATES, LTD., an Indiana limited
partnership has dedicated to the public for street right -of -way and
related purposes certain real estate located north of 116th Street in
order to enlarge the width of the north right -of -way for 116th 'Street
from 16.5 feet (measured from centerline) to 55 feet (measured
from centerline) as more particularly described in said dedication
"Technology Center Dedication a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 1;
WHEREAS, the City of Carmel exercises jurisdiction over the
affected segment of 116th Street by virtue of its prior annexation by said
City;
WHEREAS, the additional right -of -way provided by the Technology
Center Dedication is consistent with the traffic plans previously approved
by the Carmel Board of Public Works and the Carmel Plan Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Carmel does hereby acknowledge the
Technology Center Dedication of right -of -way for public use as described
in Exhibit 1 hereto, and does hereby confirm the acceptance by said City
of such dedication.

DEDICATION OF STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY e
TECHNOLOGY CENTER ASSOCIATES, LTD., a limited partnership of
Hamilton County, Indiana "Partnership hereby dedicates to the public
for street right-of-way and related purposes, certain real estate located
within the Meridian Technology Center in Hamilton County, Indiana (the
"Dedicated Real Estate the exact legal description of which is set
forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof.
By executing and causing this Dedication to be recorded, the
undersigned represents and warrants as follows:
1. He is the sole general partner of the Partnership with full
power and authority to execute this Dedication.
2. The Partnership has full power and authority to execute this
document pursuant to Article T, Section 6, Subsection C,
clause vi of the Meridian Technology Center Declaration of
Covenants and Easements dated December 30, 1986, and recorded
December 31, 1986 in the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton
County, Tndiana, as Instrument No. 86- 29940, in Miscellaneous
Record 190, pages 405 -422.
3. The purpose of. this Dedication is generally to enlarge the
width of the north right -of -way for 116th Street from near
Pennyslvania Street to Qpllege Avenue from the existing
sixteen and one -half (16.5) feet from centerline by
thirty -eight and one -half (38.5) feet to create a
right -of -way measuring fifty -five (55) feet to the north from
the original centerline.

Hamilton Coun.ty, Indiana, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the said Southeast Quarter Section; thence
North 88 degrees 46 minutes 54 seconds East (Assumed Bearing) along the south
line of the said Southeast Quarter Section a distance of 200.32 feet; thence North
01 degrees 13 minutes 06 seconds West a distance of 16.50 feet to the Beginning
