THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, that Sharon L. White and Stephen L. White, Co-
Trustees of the Sharon L. White Revocable Trust Agreement dated July 2, 1999 with Sharon L.
White as Grantor "Grantor CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to the City of Carmel, Indiana
"Grantee for the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, the receipt
and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the following described real estate in
Hamilton County, State of Indiana:
See Legal Description attached hereto as "Exhibit A" and "Exhibit B" and
incorporated herein by reference (the "Real Estate
Subject to any and all legal highways, rights -of -way, easements, agreements, covenants,
and restrictions.
Grantor, as Co- Trustees and not for themselves individually, covenant that the said
premises is free from any encumbrances made or suffered by said Grantor, except taxes and
assessments, and said Grantor and its successors shall warrant and defend the same to the said
Grantee against the lawful claims and demands of all persons claiming by, through or under said
Grantor, but against none other.
The undersigned represents that they are the current Co- Trustees of said Trust, have full
authority and capacity to execute this deed, that said trust has not been revoked and that neither
the grantee nor any other party shall have any responsibility for the application of any proceeds
from this conveyance.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has caused this Trustee's Deed to be executed as of

BEGINNING at the southeast corner of said quarter section; thence South 89 degrees 02
minutes 49 seconds West (Indiana State Plane Coordinate System, East Zone), along the
south line of said quarter section, a distance of 324.60 feet to the southwesterly corner of
a tract of land as described in Instrument Number 200000042832 in the Office of the
Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana; thence North 00 degrees 01 minutes 25 seconds
East, along the westerly boundary of said instrument, a distance of 50.00 feet; thence
