THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, That ;:t Martin Marietta Materials, Inc.
"Grantor CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to the City of Carmel, Indiana "Grantee for the sum of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,
the following described real estate located in Hamilton County, State of Indiana:
A part of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 17
North, Range 4 East, Hamilton County, Indiana, described as follow:
Commencing at the northwest corner of said section; thence 89 degrees 44
minutes 05 seconds East along the north line of said quarter section 79.87 feet;
thence South 00 degrees 15 minutes 55 seconds East a distance of 60 feet to the
existing southerly right of way of 106 Street and the Point of Beginning; thence
along said southerly right of way North 89 degrees 44 minutes 05 seconds East
parallel with the north line of said section a distance of 30.00 feet; thence South
00 degrees 08 minutes 42 seconds East parallel with the west line of said quarter
section a distance of 165.23 feet; thence South 15 degrees 18 minutes 58 seconds
West a distance of 243.82 feet to the existing easterly right of way of Gray Road;
thence along said easterly right of way North 00 degrees 08 minutes 42 seconds
West parallel with the west line of said quarter section a distance of 365.09 feet;
thence continuing along said easterly right of way North 44 degrees 47 minutes 41
seconds East a distance of 49.55 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 0.41
acres more or less.
Subject to any and all easements of record, subject to the lien for real property taxes not delinquent, and to
rights of way.
The undersigned person executing this deed on behalf of Grantor represents and certifies that he /she is a
duly elected officer of Grantor and has been fully empowered, by proper resolution of the Board of Directors of
Grantor, to execute and deliver this deed.
