4. Please rename the lot to be lot number 1A.
5. Please verify-the width of the tree preservation area near the southeast portion of the site; the Woodland Terrace
CCRC'site•plaii shows'a greater tree preservation area width in that area.
'6. Please verify'the road right of way widths to be dedicated with the City Engineering Dept. It might need to be a 50-ft
half. They can be reached at 571-2441.
7. Staff cannot present a Secondary.Plat to the Director for signature until Ms. Terry Krueskamp
(tkrueskanip @,carmel.in.gov) in Information.Systems receives an e-mail with an electronic file of the plat attached
(MicroStation.dgn is,preferred, or AutoCad .dwg), and.it(the e-mail) has been copied to myself and Alexia Donahue-
Wold(awold(a earriiehin:gov).
8. Please submit.a.revisedSeconchry Plat after making above-mentioned changes. Once these changes have been made
and comments
addressed,please produce a Mylar copy(with the surveyor's and land owner's signatures)for
• signature by this Department. Two'paper copies of the plat must be filed with the Mylar prior to recording,and two
paper copies and a Mylar of the recorded plat must:be submitted following recording ofthe document. Our approval
of the secondary plat(signature)will be_forthcoming upon revision of the plans according to the items listed above.
