Please find our responses to the comments we received via email from various TAC members.

1. Is any signage proposed? If so, please provide the signage details and locations.
Response: No signage is proposed.
2. WiIP any additional lighting be added to the site? If so, please provide the design and
location details.
Response: No additional lighting will be added to the site.
3. Are there any additional proposed changes to the building exterior or site, besides the
gravel parking area?
Response: A fence shall be installed along the frontage road and gravel parking has
been removed. Refer to revised Site Plan.
4. Please continue to work with the City Forester.
Response: We will continue to work with the City Forester.

The removal of the dead trees will suffice, assuming no healthy plant material will be
removed.
Response: Comment noted.
2. How will the grading /graveling affect the one tree to the west? Will the grade be
lowered or leveled, this could affect the tree roots.
Response: The gravel parking has been removed so there is no impact on the trees in
fhe area.

1. As this is a parking lot for commercial purposes, I expect that you will need a
variance for a gravel parking lot without curbing. Dedication of right -of -way to
comply with the requirements of the Thoroughfare Plan will be required or proper
variance sought. Is the property already being used as a business? If the use is
changing, I would prefer that one of the existing curb cuts be vacated.
Response: We will coordinate with engineering on these items.

1. Please advise if additional accessible parking will be included with this change?
Response: No additional parking is being added.

1. No comments or concerns from Highway as this project is outside of our jurisdiction.
