At the meeting held Monday, August 22, 2011, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action
regarding the Developmental Standards Variances (V) filed by you for the property located at 10598 College Avenue.
APPROVED: Docket Nos.. 11040020 V through 11040021 V, 11040023 V 11040026 V: Development Standards
Variances for ground sign height (7' proposed, 6' allowed); number of signs (3 proposed, 2 allowed); number of signs
facing east right -of -way (2 proposed; I allowed) and Definition of Identification Sign (2 100% logo wall signs proposed,
25% logo allowed).
WITHDRAWN: Docket Nos. 11040022 V, 11040024 V, and 11040025 V: number of signs facing north right -of -way;
total square footage and Digital pricing sign
Please be advised that per Section 3a05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
