this addition which is not in compliance with regulation or
procedure as provided by the Indiana State Board of Health,
or other civil authority having jurisdiction. No septic tank
or absorption field shall b,e located or constructed exeopt as
approved by said Health Auot'ity, nor shall any other method
of sewage disposal be installed or used on any lot or lots
herein.
No farm animals, nor any pets or domestic animals for
commercial purposes shall *kept or permitted on any lot or lots
in this subdivision, exceptthat ponies for pets may be allowed
if approved by the above mentioned building committee.
If the parties here any of them, or their heirs or
assigns shall violate or attempt to violate any of these convenants,
restrictions, provisions o. ,;cpnditions herein, it shall be lawful
for..any other person owning ny real property situated in this
subdivision to prosecute ayproceedings at law or in equity
against the person or persOnS violating or attempting to violate
any such covenant and eitherto prevent him or them from doing
so, or to recover damage or other dues for such violation.
These covenants are��t.o run with the land--and shall be
binding on all parties and,.I1 persons claiming finder them until
August 1st, 19�5, at whichme said covenants shall be automats-
tally extended for successi =ve periods of ten (10) years, unless,
