Meridian. APPROVED: Docket Nos. 11070016V through 1.1070018 V: Development Standards Variances for number of signs (5 proposed, 3 allowed); total square footage (327.79 proposed, 207.26 allowed) and signs not facing public right -of -way, south (2 proposed, 0 allowed). Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approvals are valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one -time, six -month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department The expiration date of the approvals is August 22, 2014.
