Dear Mr. Moffett:
The Carmel Plan Commission took the following action at its meeting August 16, 2011
regarding Primary Plat and Subdivision Waiver approval for Applegate Addition, a 3 -lot
residential subdivision located at 130 Second Street, NW, just east of the Monon Greenway.
The site is zoned R- 4/Residence within the Character Subarea of the Old Town Overlay,
Cannel.
APPROVED: Docket No. 11060012 PP, Primary Plat, and Docket No. 11060013 SW, SCO
Chapter 6.05.01: lot width at road right -of -way, Applegate Addition
