We are filing these plans on behalf of our clients Bill and Karen Horton. This proposed home design was created by our client who has an architecture background and very clearly knew what he wanted in a home. We think the home will blend in well with the other homes on the cul -de -sac while still having its own unique style. The floor plan is certainly much different than any other we've designed, with a much more traditional lay out in the front part of the main level. As previously discussed, we will be submitting this SDR package in two phases. Today we are submitting the required information in order for us to pull the building permit. This includes both the lot plan and the home plans with four -sided elevations. The items we will provide for you at a later date, but prior to finalization of the home and installation will be the following: Exterior Colors for Paint, Gutters, Roofing, and Brick Landscape Plan Please let me know what additional information we can provide to you. j u incerely, a stin W. I determined that there are no key trees on this site to preserve. The trees each have issues that make them poor candidates for preservation. Specifically e There is a mature tulip (Liriodendron tulipifera) that is between Lot G and Lot H. Unfortunately the tree falls within w5 feet of the proposed home. In my opinion this is too close to try to preserve the tree. o The trees in the center of the lot fall inside the house foot print. o There are a couple scotch pines (Pinus sylvestris) that are suffering from Zimmerman pine moth and pine needle blight. These trees are not in good enough condition to preserve. This is a lot that will give the developer and property owner a chance to start with a clean slate and add new trees after construction. I certify that all the statements of fact in this report are true, complete and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief, and that they are made in good faith. These trees have been inspected for preservation concerns and not for risk assessment concerns. No claim is made as to their structural integrity.
