Dear Angie,
Included with this letter is a site design review application and supplemental information
for 350 3 Ave NE at Blackwell Park. We are filing these plans on behalf of our clients
Kevin and Debbie Orr.
This proposed home will fit in well with the other planned homes at Blackwell Park.
We're excited about the client's materials selections and believe the stone, shake, and
masonry chimney will create another truly unique home in the neighborhood.
As previously discussed, we will be submitting this SDR package in two phases. Today
we are submitting the required information in order for us to pull the building permit.
This includes both the lot plan and the home plans with four -sided elevations.
The items we will provide for you at a later date, but prior to finalization of the home and
installation will be the following:
Exterior Colors for Paint, Gutters, Roofing, and Brick
Landscape Plan
Please let me know what additional information we can provide to you.

Re: Custom Tree Preservation Plan for Lot F
On October 3, 2011 I met on site with Justin Moffett to review the Tree Preservation planning for Blackwell Park Lot F,
I determined that there are no key trees on this site to preserve. The trees each have issues that make them poor
candidates for preservation.
Specifically
o The trees in the center of the lot fall inside the house foot print.
o There are a couple scotch pines (Pinus sylvestris) that are suffering from Zimmerman pine moth and pine needle
blight. These trees are not in good enough condition to preserve.
This is a lot that will give the developer and property owner a chance to start with a clean slate and add new trees after
construction.
I certify that all the statements of fact in this report are true, complete and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief,
and that they are made in good faith. These trees have been inspected for preservation concerns and not for risk assessment
concerns. No claim is made as to their structural integrity.
Sincerely
