We are filing these plans on behalf of our clients Eric and Kimberly Moffett. Our company plans to run the remodel of the Moffett concurrently with the Chen home. The plans call for an addition onto the back of the existing structure as shown on the floor plans and elevations included in this submission. The major improvements to the existing structure will include new siding, windows, trim, and roofing to match the addition. All windows on the front elevation of the existing structure will match the current size and style. Most of the windows on the side and rear elevation will match the current size except for those that won't meet fire code for egress window size or where the addition is attached. There are no plans to make any structural changes to the elevation of the existing structure. As previously discussed, we will be submitting this SDR package in two phases. Today we are submitting the required information in order for us to pull the building permit. This includes both the lot plan and the home plans ,it four Billed elevations.
