Dear Angie,
Included with this letter is a site design review application and supplemental information
for Lot #41 at ack
Blwell Par in old town Carmel. Lot #41 is located at 353 2 Ave NE.
We are filing these plans on behalf of our clients Stephen and Susan Ring who hope to
break ground on this home as soon as our permitting is completed.
As previously discussed, we will be submitting this SDR package in two phases. Today
we are submitting the required information in order for us to pull the building permit.
This includes both the lot plan and the home plans with four -sided elevations.
The items we will provide for you at a later date, but prior to fmalization of the home and
installation will be the following:
