Lot #41 is located at 353 2 Ave NE. We are filing these plans on behalf of our clients Stephen and Susan Ring who hope to break ground on this home as soon as our permitting is completed. As previously discussed, we will be submitting this SDR package in two phases. Today we are submitting the required information in order for us to pull the building permit.
