Angie,
Requested images attached per items #1, #3, and #6. The coach light image attached is a representation of the intended
style but the final selection may vary. Regarding your suggestions below here are OTDG /client responses:
1) Ok.
2) No. The client is spending all of their outdoor living money on the large screened porch in the rear. They feel like the 7'
depth is more than sufficient for their porch furniture and meets the design requirements of any ordinance.
3) See attached locations on house image and sample coach light.
4) No.
5) No.
6) See attached.
7) Debated this issue at length with client. Per the floor plan all of the rooms where windows could be added are private
(toilet, shower, closet) and there will be another home 12' away with second story windows looking down into that house.
The owner specifically does not want garage windows as it conflicts with his storage plans. Finally, any additional
windows would be north facing and not conducive to positive solar gain or insulation efficiency. You will notice that most
windows are south and west facing.
Appreciate your feedback, I believe you will find this home complies with all ordinance requirements and we hope to be
able to pick up a signed SDR permit tomorrow at our meeting. Will be glad to further discuss the other SDR's in the
morning.
Thank you,

Justin here are the Planning Department's preliminary review comments (as the Planning Director might offer a few
more comments within a week or so):
1. The driveway width is too wide near the alley. The regulations state: Driveways leading to the garage may not be
wider than twelve (12) feet, except within thirty (30) feet of the front of the garage, where the driveway may be up to
twenty -four (24) feet wide.
2. Please make the porch 8 -ft deep.
3. Please provide any exterior lighting details /locations.
4. Is any fencing proposed? If so, please provide the design details of that.
5. Will there be any chimneys /flues /vents on the new addition? If so, please provide the details of that.
6. Please label the building widths on the elevations.
7. The only weakness is the lack of windows on the Left Elevation. Please add a few windows to that elevation.
