1. Please provide the new tax ID parcel number for this lot. 205 NW 2ND AVE Carmel IN 46032

2. Please provide the exterior light fixture design details. A coach light sample is attached.
3. On the site plan, please show the front path that goes to the front door from the street. See attached.
4. Please label the driveway width. See attached.
5. The maximum lot cover percentage should be Tess than 45 we calculate around 54 -64 Max lot coverage takes
into account all impervious surfaces, such a s driveways, building footprints, etc.
Previously discussed with you and the plans conform to the 45% requirement per our plat approval.
