Dear Mr. Mulryan:
At the meeting held Monday, February 23, 2004, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeais took the following
action regarding the Developmental Standards Variances CO filed by you for the property located at 10994 Sedgentoor
Circle.
APPROVED: Docket No. 04010010 V Developmental Standards Variance for garage setback. The Board voted five
(5) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition.
APPROVED: Docket No. 04010011 V Developmental Standards Variance for garage height. Thc Board voted five
(5) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standards Verianccs approval is valid for one (I) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the
improvementa must be underway, or a written request for a one-tree, six-month extension of the approval must have
been received and approval granted by this Dcparmaent. The expiration date of the approval is February 23, 2005.
When applying for applications for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval,
please include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
