Guilford, 836 E. 116th Street Case No. 04010001 Z Dear Jon: Further to our conversation of Friday, February 13, 2004, please consider this letter to be a request that we continue the above-referenced case for a month to the Plan Commissions' March 16th hearing. This additional time will allow us to better address the concerns that have been expressed to us regarding the site plan and building elevation plan, which we felt would be dealt with at ADLS more so than in the current zoning petition. Again, the plans that we set forth in our Plan Commission packets were not meant to ignore your coma-nents; however, we also know that the Plan Commission likes to see what the developers' intentions are, even on comprehensive plan compliant zoning re.~uests such as this one. If you have any problem continuing this matter to the March 16~' Plan Commission Meeting, please let me know immediately. For your information, Zeff Weiss of my office will be at the Plan Commission meeting tomorrow evening until I can get there from the Lawrence Board of Zoning Appeals, so he may be the appropriate person to deal with this request if it is early in the evening.
