We represent Equicor Development, Inc. in connection with the above-referenced
Rezoning Petition. Our client proposes to rezone approximately 2.4 acres of property located on
the northwest comer of 116m Street and Guifford Avenue from the R-1 Residential District to the
B-2 Business District, with remrictions. Currently, Equicor proposes to'construct three single
.leVel office buildings on the subject property.
A public hearing before the Cannel Plan Conn'nission is SCheduled for February 17, 2004

Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Plan Commission meeting on February 17, 2004
at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hail Council Chambers, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032
will hold a Public Heating upon a Rezoning application for approximately 2.4

Beginning at a point 66 feet West of the East line of said half quarter section and 221.21
feet North of the South line of said Half Quarter Section; running thence West and
