West Carmel Center, Block B, Lot 2-ADLS Amendment
Thc applicant seeks to modify the previously approved site plan. The site is located
southeast of Commerce Drive and West 106th Street. The site is zoned B-5 and is subject
to the requirements of the US 421 Overlay.
Filed by Mark Monroe of Drewry Simmons Pitts & Vomehm for West 106th Properties.
The applicant is requesting ADLS Amendment approval for the design of the last of three
building contained on Block B of West Carmel Center. This building is similar in design to the
origin~.l building on Block B and the other building is the Union Federal Savings Bank approved
last year. Please see informational packet distributed with this meeting agenda for building
elevations and landscaping.
The Department has no outstanding issues. The petitioner has made all recommended changes to
the plan advised by Staff, The applicant may want to provide the eommittec with a photo of the
existing building to better represent signage and exterior elevations.
The Department recommends that the Special Studies Committee approve the request after
all comments and concerns have been addressed.
Note: The item only requires approval by the Special Studies Committee.
