Carmel Drive Carmel, IN 46032 Re: Lubavitch of Indiana Worship Center 11050019 SU Amend, 11060016 V- 11060017 V Dear Mr. Coots: At the meeting held Monday, September 26, 2011, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding the Special Use Amendment (SUA) and Development Standard Variances (V) filed by you for the property located at 2640 W. 96 Street. APPROVED: Docket No. 11050019 SUA: Special Use Amendment for religious use in S1/Residential District. APPROVED: Docket Nos. 11060016 V and 11060017 V: Development Standard Variances for minimum lot width, 200 feet and 25 -feet side yard setback for religious use. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approvals are valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one -time, six -month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approvals is September 26, 2014. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit applications.
