The site is zoned PUD/Planned Unit Development. Filed by Paul Reis of Drewry Simmons Pitts & Vomehm for Lauth Property Group. The applicant is requesting ADLS Amendment approval for the sign package for Clay Terrace. Please see informational packet distributed with the agenda last week. The Plan Commission granted approval last year of a similar sign package for this development with different designs. The applicant has since made significant changes to the approved designs requiring them to retum to the Committee for approval of the modifications. The Department would like the applicant to walk the committee through each sign type proposed referencing the following: 2. 3. 4. The sign plan approved in the PUD. The allowable sign area and height for each sign type per the PUD. The previously approved signage plan. The proposed signage plan, by sign type, allowable area and allowable height. The Department recommends that the Special Studies Committee approve the request after all comments and concerns have been addressed.
