PRO3ECT OVERVtEW
Building #3 of the Carmel Centre West Complex will be a one story
general and professional office building on 1.65 acres located at the
southeast corner of 106th Street and Commerce Drive. The office building is
to be constructed of brick with masonry and E]:FS trim and has been
designed to complement the other approved office and bank buildings in
Carmel Centre West.
The landscaping, lighting and signage for the site will enhance the
site's appearance and have been designed to be consistent with the
existing office building. This property is located in the B-5/business zoning
· district and is subject to the Michigan Road Overlay Zone requirements.
The office building and other site improvements have been designed in
compliance with the B-5/business district and Michigan Road Overlay Zone
development standards.
