Land Description
A part of Block 10 in the Conditional Secondary Plat of Carmel Science and Technology
Park as per plat recorded in Plat Book 13, page 67, in the Office of the Recorder of
Hamilton County, Indiana, being described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of said Block 10; thence North 01 degrees 10
minutes 44 seconds West (plat bearing) along the east line of said Block a distance of
50.00 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar with yellow cap stamped "Schneider Eng Firm #0001" at
the Point of Beginning; thence South 88 degrees 49 minutes 16 seconds West parallel
with the south line of said Block a distance of 449.82 feet to a MAG Nail; Thence North
01 degree 10 minutes 44 seconds West parallel with said east line a distance of 390.00
feet to a 5/8 inch rebar with yellow cap stamped "Schneider Eng Firm #0001" on the
north line of said Block; thence North 88 degrees 49 minutes 16 seconds East along
said north line a distance of 399.82 feet to the point of curvature of a curve to the right
having a radius of 50.00 feet, the radius point of which bears South 01 degree 10
minutes 44 seconds East; thence southeasterly along said curve on arc distance of
78.54 feet to a point on said east line which bears North 88 degrees 49 minutes 16
seconds East from said radius point, thence South 01 degrees 10 minutes 44 seconds
East along the east line of said Block a distance of 340.00 feet to the Point of
Beginning, containing 4.02 acres, more or less.
