Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals will meet on Monday, November
28, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers (2 Floor), 1 Civic Square, Carmel,
Indiana 46032 to hold a Public Hearing upon an application for Variances related to the Meridian
Main II Mixed -Use Development. The application, filed by James Browning on behalf of
Meridian Heights Associates, LLC, is identified as Docket Nos. 11100016 V; 11100017 V;
11100018 V.
The real estate affected by said application is generally known as 1304 West Main Street. The
real estate is zoned B -6 (Business District) and OM /MU (Old Meridian /Mixed Use), with a
portion of the real estate in the US 31 Overlay Zone.

follows: Beginning at a point on the South line of said Quarter Section 945.70 feet west of the
Southeast Corner of aforesaid northeast Quarter Section, continue thence West along and with
the aforesaid South Line 100.00 feet; thence northwardly deflecting 90 degrees 53 minutes a
distance of 250.00 feet; thence East parallel to South Line of aforesaid Quarter Section 100.00

comments at the hearing or may file written comments at the hearing.
The Public Hearing may be continued to a future date from time to time as may be found
necessary.
