Item No. 102-Structure No. 18 was lowered and curb added due to wash-out of the compacted aggregate at the trail shoulder. Item No. 103.0—Work along Rangeline Road northwest of the bridge over Cool Creek had been altered from the original plans. A portion of the trail had been completed in conjunction with a work on the bridge by a different Contractor. The dirtwork in this area had settled. In addition, some slope issues were noted in front of Park Place Motors. Additional topsoil brought in and seeding performed to correct these issues. Item No. 104.0—Standing water was noted beneath the Lowes Way Bridge following heavy summer rains. This was outside of the Construction Limits and therefore not addressed at the time of construction. It was determined that a swale could be cut to a nearby ditch to alleviate the condition. Item Nos. 105 and 106 were added to compensate the Contractor for costs incurred due to delays in the project. Item no. 107 was added due to an additional mobilization required for work at Laura Vista due to Right-of-Way issues. See attachments for additional information. II.
