The site is zoned R- 4/Residence and lies within the Keystone Parkway Corridor Overlay Zone. APPROVED: Docket No. 11100020 ADLS Amend. Woodland Springs Manor Apartments, wall and sign, contingent upon getting any required approvals from the City Engineering Department and Carmel Board of Public Works Safety. In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
