The exterior elevations detailed on the Ratio plan (sheets AS01 and A502) match the many critical architectural elements we promulgate throughout the commercial portion of our project: narrow, ornately decorated store fronts, decorative window surrounds and window sills, roof embellishments and entrance canopies typical of thel 810-1880 time period. The building will be located in the Village, downtown area, more specifically known as Section 3004. The building, as well as the required parking lot, will encompass a portion &Block "D". The building will have frontage along East New Market Street while the parking lot will have one entrance located on Bird Cage Walk. The site is not located within any floodplains or floodways per Flood Insurance Rate Maps 180081 0006 C and 180081 0007 C for the City of Carmel Indiana in. Hamilton County. This report is a supplement to the "Master Plan for the Middle Section". All detention requirements and calculations are referenced within the master report. All storm sewer design relative to downstream of this site can be found in the drainage report for "Section 3004". The proposed drainage design for the Brenwick building and parking lot comply with the intentions of the Master Plan for the Middle Section. Block "D" was constructed in Section 3004, this included earthwork and the construction of all the streets fronting this Block. These streets contain storm sewers that have capacity to accept a.delineated amount of storm runoff from the frontage portion of the street, or approximately the front half ofthe anticipated buildings. The interior of Block "D" has been planned to contain a large parking.lot and impervious materiais. The parking lot will primarily be composed of asphalt pavement sections with a concrete pad for the trash dumpster. A 24" RCP storm sewer has been constructed into Block "D" for future storm sewer to connect. All runoff within Block "D" will be collected through a series of storm sewer structures and discharged into Druid Pond. This report will only include the. 10 year rational storm sewer design for the proposed improvements at this time. VILLAGE OF WESTCLAY PAGE- I THE ~'~CHNEIDER CORPORATION 0 I/¢EST~ 1415T o ....
