This letter is in response to your Site Plan & Design Review Application for Henry Roberts Addition,
Lot 2 (new garage construction), This is a preliminary letter to let you begin on revisions, Please
complete the following items:

I would say that he would need BPW approval for this. We would need a letter of request stating what he wants to do, and
justification for the driveway width along with an 8 1/2 x 11 exhibit or exhibits (scaled drawings) showing the existing
conditions and proposed conditions. He can send the info to me if he likes or to Mike McBride, City Engineer in care of our
office.

Dick,
a gentleman is going to build a 3-car garage on this site ( and demolish the existing garage), he is proposing a 38-ft
drive off the alley to the garage, the ordinance requires a driveway to be a maximum of 24 feet wide. if they get BZA
approval, will this driveway and its width need any other approvals? board of works???
