The six feet tall wall panels will be precast concrete panels that are painted to match the color shown on the elevation and photo rendering included with the application. The sign will be flush mounted to one of the wall panels, which wall panel is the one closest to the round -about at 116 Street and Keystone Parkway as shown on the photo rendering. Given the proximity of the sign to the round about, subtle LED lighting along the top and bottom of the sign is proposed to avoid impacting drivers on the round about. The LED lighting will not cause enough glare or light spillage to impact nearby drivers as fluorescent or incandescent lighting might, even if internally lit. The fence would extend along the entire frontae of Keystone Parkway and 116 Street, except for the entrance to the apartments from 116 Street and the rear of the parking structure that faces Keystone Parkway.
