BUILDING E-2 (ADLS AMENDMENT)

Introduction
This Packet shall serve to document the proposed revisions to the previously approved Building E2 located at the South end, within the Clay Terrace Retail
Development. Docket No. 04030026 ADLS Amendment.
Proposed Architectural Revisions
The specific changes to the facade are illustrated on the attached colored Elevations. Revisions to the foot print, landscape and hardscape modifications are
illustrated on the attached Plans.
The Developer has determined that the original building configuration and break-up of the facades is impairing his ability to lease the space in an
appropriate mix of tenant uses. In addition, there exists a strong possibility of a single tenant taking a significant portion of the extreme South end of this
building, desiring a specific architectural treatment. These facts have caused this filing for an ADLS Amendment.
The building foot print has been reduced by approximately 3,150 square feet and the dock enclosure has been relocated. The exterior elevations have been
modified, utilizing the numerous architectural mix of styles previously approved on the other buildings within the development. The exterior materials and
colors will be the same as 'previously approved on the other buildings, consisting of brick, cast stone, EFIS and painted steel.
The most significant change is the inclusion of a two story element at the Southeast comer of the building. Clerestory glass will be installed on the Noah
and South faces.
Signage
This request does not include any signage. Submittals relative to Signage and Storefront Design will be filed separately as each individual tenant is
identified. These furore filings will be consistent with the previously approved criteria.
