I have 2 changes to request.
On the Note, please remove "Surveyor and so it reads as Approved by the Hamilton County Drainage Board."
Please place a distance measurement from the western pipe to the west property line in 2 locations near the "See Note
Below
Other then that, I am good with the plat and once I have the non enforcement in hand, I will get it approved and cross
referenced to the recorded plat.

Attached is a revised plat showing the area of non enforcement of the county legal drain, the dedicated right -of -way along
the alley, and a 15' DALE. on the east side of our 3 lots. Please let me know if any of you have further corrections. If not,
we will print a new Mylar and get it submitted immediately.

Also, notice on the East side of the plat, the JW Morrow drain only touched the NE corner of Lot 3 and is
entirely within the 20' alley. I believe that we could do nothing with this easement at this point. Do you agree.?

I don't see anything wrong with the dedication language. Is there a problem I'm not seeing? Also, We need to show on the
plat the proposed "Limits of the Legal Drain Per The Non enforcement Agreement as Approved by the
Hamilton County Surveyor and Drainage Board Does that language work for you?

5. Under the zoning, please add that it is in the Character Subarea of the Old Town Overlay.
.6. Please change the 204t wide easement to read 20 -ft access 8, utility easement. Any maybe also drainage
easement?
7. Staff cannot present a Secondary Plat to the Director for signature until Ms. Terry Krueskamp
(tkrueskamp @carmel.in.gov) in Information Systems receives an e -mail with an electronic file of the plat
attached (MicroStation .dgn is preferred, or AutoCad .dwg), and it (the e -mail) has been copied to myself and
Alexia Donahue -Wold (awold @carmel.in.gov).
8. Once these changes have been made and comments addressed, please produce a Mylar copy (with the
surveyor's and land owner's signatures) for signature by this Department. Two paper copies of the plat must
be filed with the Mylar prior to recording, and two paper copies and a Mylar of the recorded plat must be
submitted following recording of the document. Our approval of the secondary plat (signature) will be
forthcoming upon revision of the plans according to the items listed above.
9. The Dept would also like a .pdf or .jpg file of the scanned, recorded plat.
