I have reviewed the drawings submitted for the October 15, 2008 Technical Advisory Committee and the comments from the Alternative Transportation review have been satisfactorily addressed. We request that all responses to our comments be provided in writing. Failure to provide written responses may result in delay of the review process. It is critical that this office be made' aware of all modification made on the plans being re- submitted, particularly if any such changes are considered "new" or fall outside of our previous reviews. Please provide revised plans indicating all revisions. Please notify us of any changes and specifically state any changes, including changes resulting from Plan Commission, Special Studies or other committee meetings. Please submit a Petition for Reconstruction and Relocation (52.5) for the Tunis Garard Drain, a outlet permit to the Tunis Garard Drain, an engineer's estimate for the relocation and a bond for 120% of the'construction cost. 2.) HCSO does not agree with the proposed drain routing shown of the revised sheet C200. The current plans has the drainage from an 8" tile and a 15" tile being picked up in the open ditch, along with all the development discharge that does not appear to have a "true" outlet, and routing that through an Arm of the Tunis Garard Drain that is only a 7" tile. HCSO will accept this plan, if at minimum, the 15" tile to temporary piped back upstream to the open channel to serve as the primary outlet and the 7" tile can act as a secondary outlet if the capacity is needed.
