Applicant requests the following Developmental Standards Variances of Ordinance No. Z-344 contained within the Carmel/Clay Zoning Ordinance' 1.) Section {}6.2 Variance request to decrease the minimum building height for four restaurant buildings along Keystone Avenue from 30 feet to 25 feet. 2.) Section § 11.3.A.2. Variance request to increase the maximum sign area of the Abuelo's sign on the west building elevation from 75 square feet to 90 square feet. 3.) Section § 11.3.A.2 Variance request to increase the maximum sign area of the Abuelo's sign on the south building elevation from 40 square feet to 85 square feet. 4.) Section § 11.3.A.4 Variance request to change the colors of the wall signs from white to red. The property is located south and east of the intersection of 146th Street and Keystone Avenue in Carmel, Indiana. The applications are identified as Docket Nos. 04020026, 04020027, 04020028, and 04020029, respectively.
