(V) Land Rover Signage (East 96th Street Auto Park, Lot 3) The applicant seeks the following development standards variance approvals: Docket No. 11070001 V Ch.25.07.02 -08 B Number of signs (5 proposed, 4 allowed) Docket No. 11070002 V Ch.25.07.02 -08 B Number of signs facing a public right -of -way: south (5 proposed, 4 allowed) The site is located at 4620 E. 96 St. and is zoned B -3 /Business. Department Report Rachel Boone Department considers concerns of neighboring residential area Sign must face public street New sign not located toward neighborhood Located at top of existing signage Under total allowable square footage Minimal change in signage Same color scheme and lighting style New sign is approximately 15 square feet Department recommended positive consideration. Action: Mr. Wilfong APPROVED Docket Nos. 11070001 V through 11070002 V Land Rover Signage (East 96 Street Auto Park, Lot 3) for number of signs (5 proposed, 4 allowed) and total square footage (327.79 square feet); and two signs not facing public right -of -way: south.
