(V) Woodland Springs Manor Apartments. II The applicant seeks the following development standards variance approval: Docket No. 11090011V Zoning Ordinance Ch.23A.02 Ch. 26.02.03 front yard setbacks. The site is located at 3008 Warren Way, at the southeast corner of 116 St. and Keystone Pkwy. It is zoned R -4 /Residence and lies within the Keystone Parkway Corridor Overlay Zone. Filed by Timothy Ochs of Ice Miller, LLP for Bush Development Co.
