An inspection revealed that a large tree has fallen onto the structure and may or may not, fall into public right-of-way(s) and potentially do damage to persons and/or property as well. This violates the Carmel City Code D-1121 §6.55(b) as follows: (b) Any tree or limb of a tree which is likely to fall on or across any street, sidewalk or other public place shall be removed by the owner of the premises on which such tree stands. As well as §6-77(k), which construes the following conditions to be public health nuisances: (k) Any accumulation of junk, rubbish, snap metal, automotive parts, building materials, machinery, dead trees, or pans thereof, upon any premises in a residential area. Please be advised, if the above referenced violation is not corrected within by July 30, 2008, the City of Carmel may bring this matter into compliance.
