The sign(s) is located at 14405 Clay Terrace Boulevard, in the City of Carmel. All signs located in Clay Township are required to have sign permits according to Section 25.07.07 of the Carmel/Clay Zoning Ordinance which states the following: Except as otherwise provided in this Ordinance, it shall be unlawful for any person to establish any sign within the jurisdictional area of this Ordinance, or cause the same to be done without first obtaining a sign permit for each sign from the Administrator as required by this Ordinance. The new sign that has been installed has no permit. To obtain the sign permit, please contact Rachel Boone at (317) 571-2417.
