A simple site visit was performed on February 4, 2010 in which the following Carmel/Clay Land Use Regulations violation was documented: §19.05.02 Trash collection areas shall be properly screened and enclosed. Please respond within ten (10) days of the date of this letter in order to avoid further enforcement action by the City of, Carmel. This letter shall serve as the first and final warning for this violation. If you have any questions or comments regarding this matter, please feel free to contact me at (317) 571-2417.
