She is the author of a nonfiction book, Uplift: Secrets from the Sisterhood of Breast Cancer Survivors. Delinsky has thirty million books in print, which are published in twenty -five different languages. Her latest novel, While My Sister Sleeps, offers a moving account of the unique and emotionally complex territory shared by sisters. Delinsky lives with her Photo Credit: C. Steve Garfinkel Award winning writer and poet Rebecca Kai Dotlich has had more than a dozen children's poetry and picture books published. Her work has been featured on PBS' "Reading Rainbow" and in magazines, anthologies, textbooks and collections. What is Science was a finalist for Subaru of America Inc.'s prestigious award promoting scientific literacy. The book was also selected best children's book for the year by nationally renowned Bank Street College of Education.
