Featured Authors
Barbara Delinsky is a New York Times bestselling author and has written numerous
novels over the past two decades, including Coast Road, Lake News, The Woman Next
Door, An Accidental Woman and Looking for Peyton Place. She is the author of a
nonfiction book, Uplift: Secrets from the Sisterhood of Breast Cancer Survivors.
Delinsky has thirty million books in print, which are published in twenty -five different
languages. Her latest novel, While My Sister Sleeps, offers a moving account of the
unique and emotionally complex territory shared by sisters. Delinsky lives with her

4 New York Times bestselling author Jennifer Chiaverini is celebrating the 10
anniversary of her beloved Elm Creek Quilts series which neatly stitches together social IL19
drama and the art of quilting. She is also the designer of the Elm Creek Quilts fabric lines. Chiaverini is a graduate of Notre Dame and is a frequent lecturer at quilt shows and writing conferences. Her latest book, The Quilter's Holiday, will be released on

Award winning writer and poet Rebecca Kai Dotlich has had more than a dozen children's
poetry and picture books published. Her work has been featured on PBS' "Reading
Rainbow" and in magazines, anthologies, textbooks and collections. What is Science was a
finalist for Subaru of America Inc.'s prestigious award promoting scientific literacy. The
book was also selected best children's book for the year by nationally renowned Bank
Street College of Education. Dotlich's latest children's book, Bella Bean, is a beautiful
melding of letters, words and images. Dotlich lives with her family in central Indiana.

New York Times bestselling author Joseph Finder wrote critically acclaimed Power Play,
and also writes on espionage and international affairs for national publications. He majored
in Russian studies at Yale, graduating summa cum laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
He completed his master's degree at the Harvard Russian Research Center. In addition to the
many awards his books have received, Killer Instinct won the International Thriller Writers
Award for Best Novel, film rights have been acquired for Paranoia by Gaumont and High
Crimes became a Fox film starring Ashley Judd and Morgan Freeman. Finder's newest

Nick Heller. Finder lives in Boston with his wife and daughter.
Kaylie Jones is the acclaimed author of A Soldier's Daughter Never Cries, which
was adapted into a film starring Kris Kristofferson, Barbara Hershey and Leelee
Sobieski. Jones also writes short stories and screenplays and chairs the James Jones
First Novel Fellowship. Her new book Lies My Mother Never Told Me is a memoir
revealing the painful truth of growing up as the daughter of literary royalty her

Scott Christiansen Award winning author of four of the greatest novels of World War II ever written,
including From Here to Eternity, Some Came Running, and The Thin Red Line. Her
parents were the epicenter of a literary world that included James Baldwin, William Styron, Norman
Mailer, Mary McCarthy, Willie Morris, Irwin Shaw and Kurt Vonnegut. Jones resides with her family in
Manhattan.
