Re: Woodla..nd.Springs, Sec 2, lot 138: K'm..g Residence-(04030019 V) Dear Mr. and Mrs. King: At the meeting held Monday, April 26, 2004, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variance (V) filed by you for the property located at 11208 Rolling Springs Drive: APPROVED: Docket No. 04030019 V Development Standards for residential fence height. The Board voted five (5) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variances approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is April 26, 2005. When applying for applications for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval, please include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
