Dear Mr. Reis:
At the meeting held Monday, April 26, 2004, the Cannel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the
following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variances (V) filed by you for the property located at the
southwest comer of US Highway 31 and East 146t~ Street:
APPROVED: Dockets No. 04030028 V through 04030039 V Development Standards Variance for signage from
Section 10.3 Sign Requirements, of PUD ordinance Z-386-02. The Hearing Officer voted in favor, thereby approving
the petitions.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standards Variances approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have
been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is April 26, 2005.
When applying for applications for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval,
please include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
