Notice is hereby given that the Hearing Officer of the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals
meeting on the 26th day of April, 2004 at 6:00 pm in the Department of Community Services
Conference Room, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032 will hold a Public Hearing upon
Developmental Standards Variance applications for Lauth Property Group. Applicant requests the
following developmental standards variances of Ordinance No. Z-386-02 contained within the
Carmel/Clay Zoning Ordinance:
1.) Section § 10.3 C. 1. Two Center Identification Ground Signs
Variance request to increase the maximum height from 6 feet to 12 feet 2 inches and design to be
consistent with signage design approved by Plan Commission (Docket No. 04020032 ADLS) in lieu
of design approved in Exhibit B to Z 386-02.
2.) Section § 10.3 C. 2. U.S. Highway 31 Center Identification Ground Sign
Variance request to increase the maximum height from 7 feet to 20 feet and design to be consistent
with signage design approved by Plan Commission (Docket No. 04020032 ADLS) in lieu of design
