Dear Mr. Hawley:
At the meeting held Monday, May 24, 2004, ~ Carmel Advisory Board of _Z~,ni~n~A??eals took the following action
regarding the Special Use (SU) for the property located at the southeast comer of 146 Street and Carey Road.
APPROVI~D: Docket No. 04030014 SU The Board voted four (4) in favor one (1) opposed, thereby approving the
petition.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning O~dinance, the aforementioned Special Use
Variance approval is valid for one (I) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must
be underway, or a wri~aen request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and
approval granted by this Deparmaent. The expiration date of the approval is May 24, 2005.
When applying for applications for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval,
please include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order t~ assist the Department's review.
