("Applicant"). Applicant requests a Developmental Standards Variance of Section 23B.08.01(C) of the Carmel/Clay Zoning Ordinance to eliminate the build to line requirements for buildings that front on U.S. Highway 31 and Pennsylvania Street. Instead, the front building setback will be subject to the review and approval of the City of Carmel Deparlment of Community Services. The property subject to the Developmental Standards Variance is located northeast of the intersection of 126th Street and U.S. Highway 31 in Carmel, Indiana. The application is identified as Docket No. 04040020 V. The real estate affected by said applications is described in the attached legal description. All interested persons desiring to present their views on the above application, either in writing or verbally, will be given an opportunity to be heard at the above-mentioned time and place.
