Re:I''/ PUD Ordinance Amendment.
At the Apd113, 1999 Special Study Committee meeting, Docket no. 3-99 O,A., a proposed
Ordinance Amendment to the Planned Unit Development Ordinance, Section 31.6.4 of the Zoning
Ordinance was recommended back to the full Plan Commission with a favorable
recommendation.
As part of the recommendation, on change was made to text in sub-section 31.6,4(1), as follows:
(1) Proposals for a PUD District Ordinance shall only be considered on property located
betweeAl~Spring M~iil R. oa~d U.~. ~.E~-~'~-; 21 and the White River.
The remaining text in this section has been left unchanged.
