Development Plan, and Architectural Design, Landscaping, Lighting, and Signage applications
for ATAPCO, Inc. The petitioner seeks approval to construct three 90,000 square foot office
buildings on 23 acres. The site is located at the northeast comer of Cannel Drive and Guilford
Avenue (Block 13, Carmel Science and Technology Park). The site is zoned M-
3/manufacturing.
