Committee to consider Docket No. 8-99 S.P., a secondary plat application for Brenwick Development Company. Petitioner seeks approval to construct 31 lots on 22 acres within the subdivision known as the Village of WestClay, Section 10009, The site is located on the south side of West 131~ Street, one-half mile east of Towne Road. The site is zoned PUD, Filed by Keith Lash of the Schneider Corporation. 5. The site is located on the south side of West 131~ Street, east of Hoover Road. The site is zoned PUD. Filed by Keith Lash of the Schneider Corporation. Keith Lash, Schneider Corporation, 12726 Hamilton Crossing Boulevard, Carmel, and Jose Kreutz of Brenwick Development Company appeared before the Committee representing the petitioner. Secondary Plat approval is being sought for the first four sections of the Village of WestClay. These four sections are located around the inter- section of 131a Street and Hoover Road and fall under Planned Unit Development Ordinance Z-330. These four sections consist orS0 lots and approximately 57.8 acres. These four sections of the Village have been reviewed by the Technical Advisory Committee on two occastons. Letters have been received from the Hamilton County Soil & Water Conservation, Hamilton County Highway Dept., Clay Township Regional Waste District and the Dept. of Community Services. The petitioner met with the County Surveyor and his staff and a letter is expected shortly. The Secondary Plats have been revised, as seen by the Subdivision Committee, to comply with comments from the Technical Advisory Committee. Final approvals must be received before construction can commence. Mark Monroe reported that the project has gone through a number of reviews by the Technical Advisory Committee for a number of issues identified. The four secondary plats presented are identical to the primary plat and the Department is recommending approval. Items 3 and 4 are to be built on either side of the existing Hoover Road, and approval is comingent upon the approval of the vacation of Hoover Road.
