Development Ordinance, Section 31 of the Carmel/Clay Zoning Ordinance.

4. Committee to confider Docket No. 14-99 Z, a rezone application for Duke Realty Investments. The
petitioner seeks approval to rezone 55 acres fi.om B-5/Business and S-2/Residence to B-6/Business. This
site is located at the northwest comer of 96th Street and U.S. 31 and extends north ofi-465. Petitioner
also seeks approval to rezone 10 acres from B-5/Business to B-8/Business. This site is located at the

northeast comer of 96 Street and U.S. 31. The sites are currently zoned B-5/Business and S-
2,rResidence and are located partially within the U.S. 31 Overlay Zone.
